Terrarium workshops with Green & Wild

Fancy creating your own indoor plant Terrarium? Join us at one of our workshops where our team will guide you through how to plant your own Terrarium! What to expect at a terrarium workshop?

In our hands-on workshop you will learn about these fascinating self contained ecosystems, with a brief introduction to the origins and science behind Terrariums. We will take you through a step by step workshop showing you how to build & plant your own closed Terrarium, with aftercare advice at the end of the workshop to ensure your Terrarium thrives!

How long are the workshops?

Each workshop is 1hr 30mins – 2hrs approx, with a relaxed and fun atmosphere. You are guided through at your own pace, we are on hand throughout the whole workshop to guide you and answer any questions.

What materials are provided?

Our workshops include all materials, specialist tools & plants needed to make your own corked jar closed Terrarium. There will be a choice of plants for you to select from, all of which are suitable for closed terrariums. You will also receive a take away care card with top tips on looking after your Terrarium once you take it home.

Can I book a private workshop for a special occasion?

Yes you can!  We are very happy to host a workshop for any special occasion, be it a significant birthday, a hen or stag do or just an excuse for friends to come together and enjoy a creative workshop together.  We can host your event at a location of your choice (within Berkshire or Oxfordshire) or we can accommodate your event at one of our location partners, subject to availability. Get in touch with our friendly team to discuss your event in more detail, we are happy to help. 

When are the workshops taking place?

We have workshops taking place in several locations across Oxfordshire & Berkshire as detailed below. Tickets are £50pp and are available to book through Eventbrite by simply selecting your preferred date at one of our location partners below.


Workshops at Oxford Etsy, Didcot:

We are excited to announce we will be hosting our popular workshops at the Oxford Etsy concept store, in the Orchard Centre in Didcot.  We will be hosting the workshops in their spacious workshop space beind the store. Workshops at Oxshed Cafe, Cholsey:

We are excited to announce we will be hosting our popular workshops at the lovely Oxshed Cafe, in Cholsey Meadows Wallingford.  We will be hosting the workshops in an exclusive space above the cafe where you can grab a coffee & delicous treat to fuel your creativity! We can accommodate up to 16 terrarium makers in each workshop. The space is also available for private hire, if you are celebrating a special occasion we can host a bespoke workshop too. Workshops at Cornerstones Arts Centre, Didcot:

We are bringing our sell out workshops to Didcot’s popular Arts Centre, hosted in the Study, with the cafe open and serving refreshments to accompany your workshops. Our workshops are coming to a Coppa Club near you! We are super excited to be hosting our workshops in three stunning Coppa Club locations, including Henley, Sonning & Streatley-on-Thames. Our newest location, we are very excited to bring our sell out workshop to this contemporary work space where wellbeing is at the heart of the concept. Hosted in the dedicated workshop space, it’s a modern open plan space, with a relaxed atmosphere where we can accomodate upto 20 terrarium makers.
