Our Returns Process

If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within 14 days for a refund.  If the product is defective, we’ll of course cover the cost of the postage and send you a postage label. 

Please contact us via email to advise us that you would like to return an item.  We will then advise you details on how to return the item to us.

Returns will take approximately 5 working days to process once the goods have arrived.

Items must be in original packaging, unopened in all original boxes with all original documents provided.

Live Plants

We are unable to accept returns on live plants.  If your plant has arrived damaged we can happily look at replacing your plant or issuing a refund. Please contact us via email and provide images of how your plant was received, so we can resolve any issues.

For any other issues with regards to your plant delivery please contact us and we will be happy to help.

We are unable to refund any plants that do not survive in their new homes beyond 14 days, as we cannot be responsible for their after care once they leave us. But we are happy to help with any plant parenting tips!
